1. OBJECT

We make available to users (hereinafter, " User ”) of the website located at the URL https://ecix.tech/ (hereinafter also “ the Portal ”) this Privacy Policy, in order to provide information on how we process your personal data and protect your privacy and information.

We may modify this Privacy Policy when necessary. If any changes are made, we will notify you through the website or by other means so that you are aware of the new Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the features made available to us after we have notified you of the changes will imply your acceptance of them, except in cases where your express consent is required.

In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Portal User is informed of the following:

The User's personal data will be collected and processed by Ecix Group, SL (hereinafter, " ECIX.TECH” ), with Tax Identification Number B-82550401 and registered office at Calle López de Hoyos, 35. 2ºA 28002 Madrid.

To ensure proper management in the processing of your data,  ECIX.TECH  has appointed a Data Protection Officer (hereinafter, “ DPO ”), to whom you can contact for any questions you may have and who you can contact at the electronic address  privacy@ecix.tech .

3. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

The personal data processed through this website or through other channels made available by  ECIX.TECH for the following purposes:

Purpose 1. Management of requests for information or queries

• Description of the purpose:  Respond to requests for information or queries submitted by the User through the contact forms made available on the website.
• Data processed for this purpose:  Identification data (first and last name), contact information (mobile phone number and email address), and employment details (company where you provide services). This data is provided directly by the User on the corresponding form.
• Basis for legitimacy:  The basis for legitimacy is the execution of a contract to which the User is a party or the application of pre-contractual measures at the User's request.

Purpose 2. Collection and analysis of data using cookies or similar technologies

• Description of the purpose:  ECIX.TECH  will collect and analyze data by installing cookies (as well as similar data retrieval technologies, such as pixels) on the User's browser and device.
• Data processed:  Browsing data (domain and host from which you access the Internet, Internet address of the website from which you access the website, date and time you access the website and time you spend on it, IP address, your computer's operating system and browser software).
• Basis for legitimacy:  The basis for legitimacy is the express consent of the User. You can consult the  Cookie Policy.

Purpose 3. Sending commercial communications

• Description of the purpose:  If the User gives his/her consent, we will send him/her periodic commercial communications with content related to the products and services of  ECIX.TECH  that may be of interest to you via postal, telephone or electronic means (email, SMS and similar means).
•  Data processed for this purpose:  Identification data (first and last name), contact information (mobile phone number and email address), and employment details (company where you work). This data is provided directly by the User on the corresponding form.
• Basis for legitimacy:  The basis for legitimacy is the express consent of the User by checking the box provided for this purpose on the forms.

Purpose 4. Compliance with legal obligations applicable to ECIX.TECH

• Description of the purpose: Compliance with legal obligations that are applicable to ECIX.TECH, which may involve the communication of data to authorities or Public Administrations if required.
• Data processed: Those required by the applicable regulations.
• Basis for legitimacy: The basis for legitimacy is compliance with legal obligations.

4 Communication of data

The User's data will not be communicated to third parties, unless it is necessary due to a legal obligation applicable to ECIX.TECH communicate them to Public Administrations or Courts. However, ECIX.TECH may share your data with suppliers who require access to this data to carry out the purposes described, who will act as data processors in accordance with the instructions and under the supervision of ECIX.TECH.

No international data transfers are planned. However, if transfers are made, safeguards will be implemented in accordance with Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 5 Data retention

The personal data collected will be retained until the purpose for which it was processed is fulfilled, and for a period determined based on the following criteria: (Yo) legal obligation of conservation, (ii) request for deletion by the interested party in the cases where it is appropriate or (iii) request to object to processing or revoke consent, if applicable.

The data will then be blocked for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation periods, taking into account the type of data and the purpose of the processing.

6 Rights over your personal data

To the extent that they result from the application, you have the right to: access to your personal data and obtain confirmation on how ECIX.TECH   is treating the same; to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request the suppression of the data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the processing purposes for which they were collected; to request the limitation from the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims; object to the processing of your data (when this is based on legitimate or public interest) in accordance with reasons related to your situation, in which case we will stop processing the personal data in question, except for necessary reasons, or for the exercise or defense of legal claims; and you may request the right to portability of the data and obtain for itself or for another data controller certain information derived from the relationship formalized with ECIX.TECH .

You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, and to revoke your consent at any time, where consent was given for a specific purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of data processing based on your consent carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, the interested party may contact us by sending a letter to  ECIX.TECH  to the postal address Calle López de Hoyos, 35. 2ºA 28002 Madrid or to  privacy@ecix.tech .

We will respond to your requests as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month of receiving them. This period may be extended by another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such cases,  ECIX.TECH  will inform the interested party of the extension within the first month of the request.

ECIX.TECH  informs you that you may file a complaint with the competent Control Authority in matters of data protection, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, for these purposes you should contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( www.aepd.es ).
