Challenge

A multinational company specialising in the supply chain risk management wanted to reinforce its value proposition: helping large companies build supply chains. safer and more sustainableThe business model required a new business model, managing risk, compliance and third party assessment. The business model required rating the risk of thousands of companies in multiple countriesin different languages and in a number of key regulatory scenarios:

Privacy and data protection
Cybersecurity
Criminal liability of the legal person

The manual analysis and scoring process was slow, difficult to scale and at risk of inconsistency. The company needed:

A system automated and consistent supplier qualification.
Ability to work in multi-country and multilingual.
A robust risk model, aligned with the actual behaviour of sanctioning authorities and the level of compliance maturity of each supplier.

Approach

ECIX Tech implemented a solution based on the algorithms of MIA Enterpriseintegrating advanced AI capabilities for sanctioning threat analysis and compliance level calculation per supplier, with the proprietary methodology Ecix Risk Approach.

The approach combined:
