Manually reviewing these documents consumed a significant amount of time and created risks of inconsistencies in the criteria applied by different areas and jurisdictions.
Approach
Through Criterion, ECIX's own artificial intelligence system implemented an advanced model of Automated evidence-based assessment of regulatory compliance.
The project made it possible to design a customized system, adapted to the types of contracts and internal criteria defined by the client, including blocking parameters that prevent the approval of a contract when the established requirements are not met.
Criterion integrates intelligent evidence analysis, automated evaluation based on customized criteria, proactive identification of potential non-compliance, and generation of action recommendations.
Furthermore, it employs advanced reasoning to interpret ambiguities or contradictions, ensuring homogeneous quality control and total traceability in the contractual review processes.
Results
Thanks to the implementation of Criterion, the company achieved drastically reduce contract review times —from hours to seconds—, guaranteeing at the same time the unity of criteria, consistency of contractual conditions and global regulatory compliance.
The solution made it possible to centralize document review in an automated, flexible environment fully aligned with the client's internal needs, consolidating an efficient and scalable contractual governance model.
