A multinational energy sector<\/b>with a complex group of companies and multiple brands, needed to centrally control all of the consents to commercial communications<\/b> and the advertising exclusions<\/b> of its customers and potential customers.

\n\nThe operational and regulatory context was particularly demanding:\n\n

    \n
  • \n Various internal platforms and relationship channels<\/b> (webs, apps, private areas, call centres, face-to-face points, digital campaigns, etc.), each collecting consent at different times.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Need to support million registrations per year<\/b>with very high peaks during large commercial campaigns.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Obligation to see advertising exclusion systems<\/b> (Adigital - official Robinson List, and services such as Stop Publicidad) before launching communications, in order to comply with RGPD, LOPDGDD and LSSI.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Structural problem: there was no single file per person<\/b>but multiple fragmented records by society, channel and time, which made it difficult:\n
      \n
    • Demonstrate diligence in consent management.<\/li>\n
    • Respond in a secure and traceable manner to a regulator's request.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      The organisation needed a solution capable of:<\/p>\n\n

        \n\nThe approach was articulated in four pillars:\n\n

          • \n Definition of a corporate consent catalogue<\/b> (marketing, data transfer, channels, profiling, post-contractual, etc.) common to all companies.\n <\/li>\n
          • \n Design of a model of single file per person<\/b>It is capable of grouping together collections made by different companies, on different platforms and at different times, while maintaining the entire history.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
          • \n Omni-channel integration and high processing capacity<\/b>\n
              \n
            • \n Integration of the consent gateway in the main points of contact (websites, apps, private areas, contracting processes and specific campaigns).\n <\/li>\n
            • \n Optimisation of infrastructure to support million registrations per year<\/b>with the capacity to absorb massive collection peaks<\/b> during commercial campaigns without degrading service.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
            • \n Whitelisting and blacklisting automation (eRobinson)<\/b>\n
                \n
              • \n Use of eRobinson<\/b> as an engine for the generation of:\n

                • White lists<\/b>Contacts with valid consent or appropriate legal basis for marketing communications.<\/li>\n
