multinational with a presence in more than 35 countries sought to evaluate and strengthen its regulatory compliance system<\/b> as part of its continuous improvement strategy and preparation for ISO certification. <br><br>\n\nThe objective was to have a complete view of the degree of compliance in all its subsidiaries, strengthen internal controls and consolidate a homogeneous corporate governance framework aligned with international standards. a <b>comprehensive GAP analysis <\/b> of the compliance system, in order to identify the obligations applicable to each area and detect opportunities for improvement in policies, procedures and internal controls. <br><br>\n\nBased on the results of this first phase, a  <b>detailed action plan <\/b> with the necessary measures to reach the maturity levels required for certification. <br><br>\n\nIn a  <b>second phase, <\/b> the were analyzed  <b>main regulatory risks associated with the organization&#039;s activity, <\/b> identifying compliance obligations and the procedures, protocols, and controls necessary to address them adequately. <br><br>\n\nOnce the control frameworks have been defined,  <b>They identified areas for improvement, those responsible for their implementation, and prioritized action plans. <\/b> allowing progress in an orderly and measurable way towards a more robust and effective compliance system. <br><br>\n\nThe process included meetings with the relevant departments, a review of their key processes, and the definition of  <b>control frameworks and standardized procedures <\/b> to reduce risks and ensure consistency between subsidiaries. <br><br>\n\nThis approach allowed the company  <b>align their internal practices with international standards, <\/b> strengthening its compliance model and promoting an organizational implementation of the new control frameworks reduced regulatory risks and improved the efficiency of compliance management at all levels of the company. <br><br>\n\nFinally, they were carried out <b>training and communication activities for the entire organization,<\/b> that allowed <b>to publicize the work done,<\/b> the results of the regulatory risk analysis, the responsibilities for implementing controls, and the operation of the new Regulatory Compliance System. <br><br>\n\nThanks to this process, the company consolidated a <b>culture of integrity and sustainable
