For this reason, all staff at\u00a0<strong>ECIX\u00a0<\/strong>is subject to the values mentioned above.<\/p>\n\n<p>Furthermore, the Safety Committee, aware of the importance of this commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, establishes the following principles in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Achieve<\/strong>\u00a0with the\u00a0<strong>agreed requirements<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>offered<\/strong>\u00a0to our\u00a0<strong>customers<\/strong>, designing tailor-made plans that can meet your needs and exceed your expectations.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Measure<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>perception of our customers<\/strong>\u00a0about the\u00a0<strong>services provided<\/strong>\u00a0to determine the necessary changes to ensure their satisfaction, as well as to detect new market needs to develop new services that meet the future needs of our clients.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Ensure regulatory compliance<\/strong>, ensuring the\u00a0<strong>compliance<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0<strong>legal requirements<\/strong>\u00a0collected in the legal framework applicable to the company and the requirements established by the standards, regulations and good practices adopted by the company.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Establish<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>processes<\/strong>\u00a0that are necessary\u00a0<strong>to ensure<\/strong>\u00a0the correct one\u00a0<strong>provision of the service<\/strong>\u00a0to our customers and maintain efficiency in the company&#039;s internal management.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Keep aligned<\/strong>\u00a0he\u00a0<strong>Management System<\/strong>\u00a0with the\u00a0<strong>business strategy and needs<\/strong>, establishing quality objectives that are measurable and achievable, with the ambition of improving and evolving the management system, planned over time and aimed at a specific end (specific).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Promote<\/strong>\u00a0he\u00a0<strong>quality employment<\/strong>, keeping the\u00a0<strong>trained personnel<\/strong>\u00a0in accordance with the vicissitudes of the market, in such a way that\u00a0<strong>ensure the necessary skills<\/strong>\u00a0for the correct\u00a0<strong>provision of the service.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Make staff understand the importance of complying with this policy and the rest of the company&#039;s policies and standards, as well as the consequences and results of not doing so, for the Management System and the company&#039;s operations.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with this policy, as well as all other policies and regulations in relations with third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #294a2e;\"><strong>6. VALIDITY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n<p>The Quality Policy will come into effect from the day of its publication.
