GENERAL PRINCIPLES FOR THE USE OF <\/span>ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE<\/span><\/h3>

The objective of this document is to establish guidelines and standards for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI), ensuring compliance with current regulations in Spain. It seeks to promote transparency, security and the protection of fundamental rights in all AI applications used.<\/p>

It is compulsorily applicable to all lines of business, as well as to the collaborating entities involved in the use and protection of the information owned by ECIX TECH and the systems that support it.<\/p>

It must be accessible to all members of ECIX TECH, as well as to subcontractors and collaborators who are related to the company through one of its processes.<\/p>

General principles<\/span><\/h4>
  • Transparency:<\/strong> The use of artificial intelligence (AI) must be clear and understandable to all users.<\/li>
  • Ethics:<\/strong> AI must operate under ethical principles, respecting human rights and dignity.<\/li>
  • Legality:<\/strong> The use of AI must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Spain.<\/li>
  • Responsibility:<\/strong> AI developers and users must take responsibility for their actions and decisions.<\/li>
  • Security:<\/strong> AI must be designed and used in a way that ensures the security of data and systems.<\/li>
  • Non-discrimination:<\/strong> AI should avoid any form of discrimination and promote equality.<\/li><\/ul>

    Acceptable Use<\/span><\/h4>

    The use of artificial intelligence (AI) must be aligned with the ethical and legal principles in force in Spain. The use of AI to improve operational efficiency, support decision-making and foster innovation is allowed, provided that fundamental rights and human dignity are respected. AI systems must be transparent, explainable and auditable, ensuring responsibility and accountability.<\/p>

    Prohibited Use<\/span><\/h4>
    • Illegal activities:<\/strong> Using AI to commit, facilitate or cover up illegal activities.<\/li>
    • Discrimination:<\/strong> Implement AI that promotes or perpetuates discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.<\/li>
    • Manipulation:<\/strong> Using AI to manipulate, deceive or exploit individuals or groups.<\/li>
    • Privacy:<\/strong> Using AI to invade people's privacy without their explicit consent.<\/li>
    • Security:<\/strong> Develop or use AI that compromises the security of systems, data or people.<\/li><\/ul>

      Audit<\/span><\/h4>

      The IA management system shall be subject to regular internal and external audits in order to verify its correct functioning, thus achieving continuous improvement.<\/p>
